"Oli has been going to yoga for nearly 2 years now and loves it greatly. He likes the stories and adventures and enjoys 'let's play yoga' at home, having myself and his brothers doing the positions (his favourite being the tree). He leaves the class calm and able to concentrate for longer on an activity after doing yoga. "Yoga with Jackie has been amazing, from day one Helen has responded with enthusiasm. From becoming all sorts of animals at home (noises and actions) to recreating the story adventures with her friends, the images and positions stay with Helen and fire her imagination.
The classes are relaxed and fun with great interaction between the children, parents and Jackie as we go traveling on our adventures. Physically it is fantastic exercise, for us all! Emotionally the breathing exercises in particular allow us to calm our frustrated two year old with ease giving her much more control over expressing her feelings and actions.
